We receive orders through a dedicated dispatch line, and also provide our clients with the cell-phone number of the messenger who is delivering their package, as well as a distinct client order numbers, in order to allow real-time tracking of their deliveries - with a personal touch.
We are also developing our internet-ordering system, which will allow clients who prefer this method to perform the majority of their delivery orders through an efficient and secure electronic interface, the accuracy of which will be supported by direct telephone confirmation.
We perform as many deliveries as possible by bike, for two main reasons: It is generally a faster and more efficient method of moving through the city, and it is better for the environment.
In times of inclement weather and severe traffic conditions, we also make use of the extensive Metro system in order to ensure that your packages arrive on time.
For deliveries that are either long-distance or too heavy to be transported by bike, we offer full car and van service, provided, as usual, by experienced professionals from our team.
